A historic downtown building of Ocala, Florida, constructed in 1895, will be sold at auction on August 12, 2020 by Tranzon Driggers. Aside from being one of the original structures of Ocala's downtown historic district, its upstairs apartment was also home for over 30 years to famous pop artist Joyce Ballentine-Brand -- best known for her iconic 1959 Coppertone tanning lotion ad depicting a dog tugging on the swimsuit bottoms of a little girl.
